WOTM is looks at gathering of HNWIs, tastemakers, creatives, explorers, adventurers and culture-shapers — featuring premium hospitality, and a masquerade atmosphere designed for meaningful connections. Full refunds are provided up to 14 days before the event; transfers are available thereafter.
Is there an age limit?
This is a 23+ event. We provide the ability for digital photo identification for entry.
How are dietary requirements handled?
All dietary needs including specific requests are accommodated if provided during checkout and feedback is provided.

Is this a charity event?
WOTM is a curated cultural event with a meaningful charitable component. A significant percentage of our silent auction proceeds is donated to mental health charity partners — Mind, Samaritans and Black Minds Matter UK. Wellbeing is at the heart of why we do this work.
Are hotels available nearby?
Yes. WOTM partners with a curated selection of premium Hertfordshire hotels offering preferential rates for ticket holders. Booking codes will be shared with confirmed guests in May.
Will there be photography?
Yes. We have a professional photography and videography team capturing the cinematic moments of the evening. By attending, guests consent to being included in event content, used for WOTM marketing and the cinematic series. If you wish to opt out of being photographed, please notify us in advance.
Do I need to bring a mask?
Masks are encouraged but not required. Branded masquerade masks are included for The Invited tier and above. Cash bar masks will also be available for Guest-tier ticket holders on the night.
Why is there a Guest tier without dinner?
We believe the experience of WOTM isn't only about the food. The Guest tier gives access to the music, the masquerade, the cinematic atmosphere, the silent auction, and the people in the room at a price that makes the evening accessible to a wider audience.
How do I bid in the silent auction?
Bidding opens at 4 PM on the night and runs until 11 PM. All bids are placed digitally via your phone. Payment is taken at the end of the evening, with proceeds split between the artists and our charity partners.
